We are proud of our accomplishments in the courtroom, and are happy to share the results of past cases with you in a confidential setting. However, unlike other defense firms, we have elected not to publish our case results online. While we believe public posting of case results could draw additional clients to our firm, we've concluded that such posting could jeopardize the anonymity of our past clients, and hamper our abilities to effectively represent current clients by:

  • Enabling the conscientious searcher to determine the identities of our clients.
  • Putting our defense strategy at risk. Prosecutors have access to a vast array of information, including access to court records. By accessing our prior cases, a prosecutor can learn our defense strategies and anticipate them in court, possibly rendering them ineffective.
  • Influencing potential jurors.
The possibility that a present or future client's case could be adversely affected leads us to protect our strategies from public access.

During your individual consultation, we will discuss cases we've handled that are similar to yours, and explain the strategies we employed and the case's outcome.
